About The Position

Eurest is hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at the Capital One Cafe located in Tukwila, WA. Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
