Shift Supervisor, Electrical Assembly
About The Position
Accelevation designs, manufactures and installs the physical infrastructure that powers today’s most advanced technologies, having grown over 440% in the last 18 months by taking ownership, solving hard problems, and building with purpose. As Shift Supervisor, you will ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. This role directly supervises the Branch Circuit Whip assembly line, overseeing a team of skilled technicians in assembling BC Whips to precise specifications for each project need.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
