The position involves monitoring and supervising all PEP activities and assigned staff, which includes record keeping and preparing necessary reports and clinical notes. The individual is responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to by staff during their shift, particularly regarding security and fire safety of the building. The role requires attendance at weekly program meetings and the provision of emergency first aid/CPR assistance when necessary. Additional related duties may be assigned as needed.
