As a Shift Supervisor at Braum's, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's brand strategy while promoting its vision, mission, and values. This position is designed for individuals who are positive, energetic, and eager to contribute to a great customer experience and maximize sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in recognizing the importance of team dynamics, which will strengthen the crew's contribution towards achieving unit goals. You will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and providing guidance to store crew members, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high food quality standards. In this role, you will oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, ensuring that kitchen equipment is functioning properly, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and adhered to by all team members. The work schedule will vary based on a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected commitment of 45 hours per week, primarily during the hours of 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and requires a strong customer focus, a high standard of integrity, and the ability to build a successful team environment. You will need to adapt to the needs of customers and employees while effectively communicating with leadership team members. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in following practices and procedures to achieve operational goals.
