About The Position

The position involves supervising Community Technicians and assisting the Site Coordinator with departmental tasks and goals. Responsibilities include record keeping, preparing statistical reports, ensuring unit coverage, and providing client care and crisis intervention. The role also requires providing emergency first aid and CPR assistance when needed, along with other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required; B.A. preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with homeless, mentally ill, and substance abuse populations preferred.
• Experience working in residential settings preferred.
• Very good writing skills and computer literacy required.
• First Aid and Fire Safety certification, or ability to pass tests to acquire these credentials, required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Nice To Haves

• Vaccination preferred but not required.
