We are seeking a professional like you to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for Supervising work activities of the Shift Operations Team to ensure safe operation of the Cluster 5 in the Aniline Plant. As a Shift Supervisor - Aniline, you create chemistry by leading Operators to ensure consistency and accountability across all shifts, including conflict management. You will ensure compliance with all EHS requirements, promote a safe work environment, and execute daily operating plans in conjunction with the Production Supervisors. You will direct equipment and process adjustments based on previous shift activities, review of operator's and supervisor's logs, physical survey, and laboratory test results, and record all production and operational data in logs provided. You will also instruct and train new operators, provide coaching/feedback, troubleshoot operational and safety issues, and monitor performance of KPI's, plant yields, product quality, and other performance indicators.
