ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: Customer Satisfaction: Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are reported in a timely manner. Satisfactorily able to complete all Car wash Attendant job duties. Understands how to troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues. Follows “DRB Protocol”. Read “Supervisor Level DRB” training course. Attend Preventative Maintenance Training and complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code. Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages: 60% Customer Interaction 30% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) 5% Opening/Closing Procedures 5% Basic Troubleshooting
