Requirements
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or foodservice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and team development
- Reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the crew to deliver exceptional service during shifts
- Manage all aspects of daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Handle staffing and scheduling to meet business needs effectively
- Resolve customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock management
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and workplace regulations
- Support training and development of crew members to foster a positive work environment
