About The Position

Responsibilities: As a Shift Runner, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Corry location. Your key responsibilities will include: Customer Communication – Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring orders are processed correctly. Order Management – Assist customers with menu selection and order placement, maintaining clear communication throughout the transaction process. Food Preparation – Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established quality and safety standards. Team Leadership – Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and maintaining productivity standards. Operational Management – Monitor shift performance, manage inventory, handle cash operations, and address operational issues as they arise. Professional Development – Demonstrate leadership capabilities and commitment to excellence, with opportunities to advance into management positions.
