About The Position

Shift Runner is an entry level to management position at Jah Favorite Pizza. You were born to be the boss. We know. You get up in the morning and you make sure everyone else in the house is doing what they need to do. Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. You just do that because you've always done it. Well maybe it's time you moved up. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to work at any location in the Twin Cities.
• Work 25 to 35 hours a week.
• Must be able to deliver product using personal vehicle.
• Willing to work late nights and in challenging weather conditions.
• Understand it's a manager position.

Nice To Haves

• Experience would be great but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and work to a schedule.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Provide great customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
• Handle transportation to/from work and marketing.
• Focus on profitability.
