About The Position

As a Shift Runner at Domino's Pizza, you will take on a leadership role within the team. Requirements

• Driver’s license with 2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
• A clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• A dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
• A desire to lead people
• Flexible availability

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees during shifts
• Ensure product quality and sanitation standards are met
• Control costs and manage inventory effectively
• Handle customer relations and address any issues that arise
• Train and develop team members in their roles
• Manage the shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
