The position involves the operation of all equipment necessary for food preparation and service. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

  • Operate all equipment necessary for food preparation and service.
  • Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products as per specifications.
  • Receive and process telephone and internet orders.
  • Count inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to safely drive own vehicle and navigate roads/maps, including adverse terrain and stairs of delivery sites while carrying products.
  • Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
