The position involves the operation of all equipment, including the stocking and rotation of ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Responsibilities include preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers both verbally and in writing.

  • Operate all equipment related to food preparation and service.
  • Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products as per specifications.
  • Receive and process telephone and internet orders.
  • Count inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and maintain the facility.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
  • Customer service orientation and skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to safely drive own vehicle and navigate delivery routes, including adverse terrain and stairs.
  • Experience with interactive computer programs for order processing.
  • Hands-on practice in a similar role.
