About The Position

The production team supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production team and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely. This role includes developing and implementing safe work practices, providing direction and coordinating activities related to production, and leading the team to meet or exceed established operational expectations and goals. The supervisor will evaluate manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality, ensure that finished products meet quality standards, and perform complex problem-solving while championing continuous improvement. Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for training and developing new team members.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Stable employment history
• Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Computer proficiency
• 5+ years in manufacturing
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
