The Shift Process Supervisor oversees and is responsible for all operational activities relating to the processing of raw sugar on their assigned shift including planning, organizing, and directing shift process operations to assure that plant reliability, safety, and environmental requirements are met. The Shift Process Supervisor must be able to exercise considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply operational guidelines to specific situations as needed. In the absence of regular site management, assumes responsibility for immediate site operations, safety, environmental compliance, and security of the plant. This position has dual responsibilities due to the nature of our business (crop/non-crop). During non-crop, the Supervisor will be in charge of strictly maintenance, repairs and replacement of new equipment primarily in the process area.
