About The Position
TimberHP is seeking a Shift Operations Team Member to join our collaborative team and help maintain the safe and consistent operation of our TimberBatt, TimberFill, and TimberBoard production lines. This role plays a key part in supporting our start-up goals and is ideal for someone who is adaptable, reliable, enjoys working with others, and is eager to learn new processes. Team Members will take on a variety of responsibilities, including moving materials, monitoring and controlling production lines, and checking the quality of finished products. While prior manufacturing experience is not required, all new Team Members will receive comprehensive training to ensure they are set up for success.
