Shift Managers and Supervisors are responsible for overseeing operations of EVS and Steward departments. Our leaders continuously monitor the quality of work performed by kitchen stewards, dishwashers, cleaners, and EVS attendants. These individuals work closely with the clients and various TBC management team members to ensure service excellence is maintained. This includes quality inspection audits and the continuous training of stewarding and EVS personnel.
