About The Position

As a Wendy's Shift Manager, you will be part of a family that values fun, quality food, and respect. You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly, handling customer interactions, and training new team members while maintaining food safety standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of restaurant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED, or currently working to finish it.
• Experience in leading, managing, and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to take and give direction effectively.
• Flexible work availability.

Nice To Haves

• Some college or military experience.

Responsibilities
