ENTEK is seeking applications for a Shift Manager (Night Shift) to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required). This Shift Manager role is part of our Membranes plant team. As the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership for your shift. You will direct shift operations, including overall setup and operation, production, and maintenance of lines. In addition to being a strong leader for your team, you will serve as the supervisor for the area leads and production associates on your shift, including coaching, regular feedback and reviews, training and advancement, discipline, and providing input on hiring and firing though. As a leader, you will implement procedures, oversee housekeeping, use safe industrial and chemical handling practices, and ensure safe and efficient operations. When needed, you will fill in for production associates and complete their tasks in order to ensure continuity of production.
