About The Position

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your role will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. You will also be responsible for meeting targets and helping your assigned departments achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team player with a passion for customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance

• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions

• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage crew scheduling
• Train new employees

Benefits

• Competitive starting salary ranging from $14.00 to $17.00
• Overnight starting salary from $15.00 to $18.00
