  • Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
  • Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
  • Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
  • Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
  • Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
  • Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
  • Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
  • Train new team members on critical job functions.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Fast food/restaurant experience a plus but not required.
  • Reliable transportation required.
