About the position

As a Shift Manager at Arby's, you will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. You will assist the management team and support team members through performance and training initiatives. Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back for more.

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager.

Requirements

• At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
