About The Position

We're hiring for a Shift Manager to join our team! The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership coverage and manage the store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. Duties include receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing product to go out to the floor for merchandising. Will be responsible for efficiently and effectively breaking down deliveries, stocking the shelves, building displays with packaged products, and greeting guests on the salesfloor and assisting them with finding items they are looking for. This role also provides guidance and direction to team members throughout the store to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
  • Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare product for merchandising on the sales floor.
  • Break down deliveries efficiently and effectively.
  • Stock shelves and build displays with packaged products.
  • Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them in finding items.
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operations.
