Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers.
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
