Requirements

  • At least six months of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail.
  • Familiarity with providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations during every shift.
  • Guide team members through performance and training initiatives.
  • Maintain a standard of exceptional customer service that keeps customers coming back.
  • Inspire smiles and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Company Core Values.
