About The Position

As a Shift Manager at a McDonald's restaurant, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift, focusing on maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your role will involve planning for each shift, monitoring team performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. You will also be responsible for meeting targets and helping your assigned departments achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Ensure team meets McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions
• Meet targets during shifts and assist departments in achieving goals
• Manage food safety and internal communication
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
• Handle scheduling and training of crew members
