About The Position

Requirements

• A commitment to excellence in food safety, service, and the workplace environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs
• Effective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for the position

Responsibilities

• Manage critical areas such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met
• Support the General Manager in achieving goals
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives
• Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal service
• Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
