About The Position
At Five Guys, Shift Managers are responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas such as product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team and inventory management. The company offers real work/life hours, with most locations open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm without drive-thrus.
