About The Position

The shift leader is responsible for day to day operations which includes items like guest service, team leadership, break compliance, money management, and much more. You will have the direct support of leaders around you, including the restaurant owner, that will make you feel supported and will challenge you to be your best self. Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
Strong commitment to superior customer service
Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly, encouraging team player
Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Being a pillar of culture for our restaurant
