Shift Manager

Wendy'sMineralwells, WV

About The Position

Families come in all shapes and sizes—and that includes the Wendy’s family. As a Wendy’s Shift Manager, you’ll be part of a team that values fun, quality food, and reliability. Our founder Dave Thomas had three simple rules for everyone who works here: Do the right thing. Treat people with respect. Make food better than anyone expects from a fast-food place. We know you’ve got the first two down… and we’ll help you master the third! Sound good? Keep reading. As a Shift Manager, you’re the one who keeps everything running smoothly. Think of yourself as the heartbeat of the restaurant: Bring the Wendy’s personality to life—fun, fast, and friendly (and never out of bacon). Handle customer situations—good or bad—with confidence and leadership. Support and train new team members so they understand how things work. Maintain top-notch food safety standards and procedures. Our food isn’t one-size-fits-all—and neither are our job opportunities. Wendy’s is a proud equal opportunity employer. We welcome individuals of all races, religions, nationalities, genders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We also provide reasonable accommodations to support people with disabilities in performing essential job functions.
