Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Passion for serving and helping others.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Values teamwork and collaboration.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bojangles quality and safety standards by following proper cooking procedures, conducting product calls, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste.
• Assist in creating and implementing plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
• Handle payments from guests accurately and make change correctly.
• Explain menu items and answer guests’ product questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as necessary.
