About The Position

Shift Manager – Slim Chickens (High Point, NC) Location: High Point, NC Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available What You’ll Do Lead and motivate team members to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts. Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer experiences. Uphold Slim Chickens' standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or retail leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
