About The Position
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promote food and drink offers
- Manage staff and report to upper management
- Maintain stocks and keep the restaurant clean
- Input financial data into the computer.
- Help customers, manage crew, clean, and stock store for the next shift
- Ensure smooth store operation and maintain all business as planned
