Shift Manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure customer satisfaction, quality product delivery, and operational excellence Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by the company standards Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement Train new hires and existing staff on proper food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in customer service. No two days are ever the same, but typically, every day involves the following.
