About The Position

As a Shift Manager at Catch Air, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a fun and memorable experience for kids and families! You'll supervise staff, manage workflow, and provide top-notch customer service, all while maintaining a clean, safe, and exciting environment. Your role also includes resolving guest concerns, supporting team members, and upholding company standards to keep the magic alive every day!

Responsibilities

  • Create an exceptional guest experience in a fun and engaging environment, ensuring every birthday celebration is memorable.
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment, including the front entrance, play areas, event rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and special requests while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and positivity, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Communicate any operational challenges or guest concerns promptly to management and suggest solutions as needed.
  • Manage party schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service while keeping guests, coordinators, and managers informed.
  • Handle difficult guest situations with professionalism while upholding company policies and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment and event spaces.
  • Identify and report any operational issues to the General Manager.
  • Ensure all guests adhere to safety policies and company guidelines, reporting concerns to management when necessary.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down special events as directed by management.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a positive team culture that enhances morale and productivity.
