Working in conjunction with the Operations Manager, oversee and support all aspects of the dining establishment to ensure profitability and an overall enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include opening and closing the restaurant, managing shift coverage, and creating weekly schedules. You will also be responsible for appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members, resolving customer questions and grievances in a professional manner, ensuring product quality and consistency, and making sure that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with the Operations Manager on day-to-day issues.
