About The Position

As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts. You will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence that AES is known for.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
