The Pizza Hut Shift Leader reports to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant General Manager. This role is focused on enhancing leadership skills and managing the restaurant's day-to-day operations. The Shift Leader is responsible for preparing and leading the team to run successful shifts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

  • Take ownership and responsibility of the restaurant and team during shifts.
  • Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC standards.
  • Use BLAST to resolve all customer complaints and prioritize customer needs.
  • Promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
  • Manage inventory and food orders.
  • Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principles.
  • Assist the RGM with oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
  • Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction results on all shifts.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets/exceeds all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards.
  • Utilize Pizza Hut provided tools effectively.
  • Execute all Pizza Hut provided training material and courses.
  • Delegate and manage team member workload while running shifts.
  • Comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and audits.
  • Ensure a safe work environment is provided in the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean, organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Act as a brand steward for Pizza Hut.
  • Manage and adhere to employee handbook and policies.
  • Maintain a professional image and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC.
  • Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill the mission and vision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Be a customer maniac.
  • Serv Safe certified.
  • Complete Lead On! Shift Leader MSM courses 4-5.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • National Sex Offender Registry check.
  • Motor vehicle record check.
