As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, your role will be to guide and lead your team in a fun, family-oriented environment. Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
Create a 'Customer First' attitude with your team.

Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant.
Stand and move for most of your shift.
Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.

Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
