Requirements

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Ensure Food Safety.
• Manage Internal Communication.
• Oversee Inventory Management.
• Maintain Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness.
• Manage Crew.
• Ensure Quality Food Production.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
• Ensure Safety and Security.
• Create and manage Scheduling.
• Conduct Training.
