About The Position

Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. They are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to customers while managing the crew and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Certified through McDonald's management courses
• Some McDonald's experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
