Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time. They are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to customers while managing the team effectively. All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but increase based on a variety of factors including previous management experience and availability. We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office, operated by long-term leaders who began as first-job employees and climbed the company ladder of success.
