About The Position

Pacific Pie, Inc, a local family Franchise of Domino’s Pizza operating in Spokane since 1997, is seeking an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. This role requires adaptability, self-motivation, and a passion for customer service. The Assistant Manager must thrive in a fast-paced yet fun working environment and help maintain positive crew morale. Responsibilities include preparing pizzas, delivering orders, managing cash, and performing paperwork in the absence of the General Manager. The position also involves physical demands such as standing for prolonged periods and working in various temperatures and environments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a managerial role.
• Previous experience with Domino’s or high-volume customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager.
• Prepare pizzas and deliver orders.
• Drop off nightly deposits and complete necessary paperwork.
• Count inventory and supplies on a nightly basis.
• Analyze labor and sales on a continual basis.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.

• Starting training pay rate of $17.66 to $18.75 an hour dependent on experience.
