About The Position

Camco Chemical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Shift Manager to oversee the maintenance operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with packaging lines, blenders, and managing a team of maintenance personnel to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance management, particularly with packaging lines and blenders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of packaging lines and blenders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
