Requirements

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.
• Speak directly to the customer, demonstrating good listening skills and effective communication in a friendly manner.
• Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines.
• Handle money for customers and take stock of supplies, requiring basic mathematics skills.
• Manage time effectively to avoid burning products, order errors, and accidents.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a great experience for customers.
• Adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty, which is ongoing throughout employment.
