About The Position

This position is for a Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and support focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
• Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
