Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance
• Ensure team meets McDonald's standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager
• Meet targets during shifts
• Help assigned departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety and internal communication
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
• Train and manage crew members
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure quality food production and safety
