About The Position

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or two years related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties of all EVS team members in emergencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift.
  • Support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
  • Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the budget process for the department and ensure compliance with budget initiatives.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure customer service standards are followed and address issues as they arise.
  • Oversee the cleaning of the Casino property to established standards.
  • Inspect completed work and make recommendations for needed supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure OSHA standards are followed and that all equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
