Your day to day as a Shift Manager/Assistant Manager As a Shift Manager/Assistant Manager at Wendy's, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities include managing team schedules, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring that high-quality service is consistently delivered.
