About The Position

Join a successful and growth-oriented McDonald's franchise company in Spartanburg and Boiling Springs, South Carolina as a Shift Manager. We are looking to add a dynamic and results-oriented overnight shift manager to our team for our overnight operations. A shift manager works directly with the General Manager to coach and lead the staff and operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. This position is specific to providing a strong experience to the customers and crew, with all shifts available and third shift availability being a plus.
